    Meanwhile, I am still waiting for a simple 1TB normal-sized card announced 2 years ago.

    Ah, why do they torture us with these announcements just to make feel like we are using junk tech, but never give us the goods!

    It's like taking your eyes of a toddler for like, five seconds.

    I know they're not at a terabyte yet, but SanDisk has a 512 Gb SD Card! -And a 400 Gb MicroSD card. And they're in a reasonable consumer price range.

    I don't own even one computer with that much on a primary SSD! Wow. I seriously wasn't paying proper attention to this development.

    I always thought of SD cards as disposable camera memory where 32Gb is a luxury. That toddler didn't just crawl away into the dining room. It's graduating high school!
