I have a Fujitsu T901 with Windows 7, and I use it for Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere among other things. The pen input is especially wonderful when using Photoshop or Illustrator, and I've mapped CTRL and ALT to my tablet buttons specifically because of these programs. However, I can't seem to map the 'Shift' key to a tablet button, and 'Shift' is darn near impossible for me to live without in Illustrator.

I'd like to use Illustrator in Tablet mode without a keyboard, so does anyone know how to map 'Shift' to a button?
