Samsung is doing great things in the enterprise space with DeX, Phones, Tablets, Wearables and Flip:

I love their S Pen-based range of phones, tablets & TPCs. Their ecosystem in non-consumer/prosumer/enterprise sectors is taking shape. What do you think?

I didn't know that Samsung was doing a digital whiteboard. Looks good!

We had a corporate introduction of their enterprise solutions at our premises earlier today for M & C level - types. What an eye-opener! And they integrate well if you are an MS shop.

I get to give an ad-hoc workflow presentation using their techs when the reps saw me taking notes using my Note 5 and S Pen. I NFC my presentation docs over to a demo Note 9 & off I go. Get to play with the Tab S4 & the Galaxy Books. Exciting day.

Did you get a chance to try out the whiteboard pen tech? Do you know if it's Wacom AES/EMR based or some new tech?

It's just a regular stylus stick. In fact, any pointed implement will works.

Interesting that they went with a resistive sensor; I wonder if it's a more advanced tech similar to Stantum's...way back when:

Did it show any pressure sensitivity? How about the ability to distinguish finger from pen? Relatively fast stroke response?

    Holy cow.

You could almost do snow angels on that thing!

I wonder how it would be for up-tight drawing?

For my needs, it would be overkill. Even when I had access to large pads of paper for life drawing, I preferred a sketch book.

But can you imagine doing life-sized oil-painting simulation on that thing? That would be fun!

I wonder if it comes with Windows drivers so you can run Clip Studio or something on it..?
