I actually have both of the devices you mention. I tried upgrading the W100 to Win 10 but the plethora of things it has to do did not translate that well so I restored it. It is presently being a Win 7 music supplier to my small fm transmitter. The battery is pretty well dead and not easily replacable.

The Yoga Book with Windows is on Win 10 1803. It is my main book reader and email reader when I am on the road. I don't like reading emails on my phone if I don't have to.

That thing with 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, USB-C ( incl video ) and not bigger then the current one in the Windows Version would be my daily driver.

Most of the time my current 2in1 ( Cube Mix ) is connected via USB-C to Monitor, Sound, Keyboard, Mouse etc. for normal work ( SW Develoment, no games ) .
In the evenings it's coming to the living room for chatting and email etc.

It sez in the article that pen works on both screens: "Both the touchscreen and the E-ink display are handwriting-ready, and you can transfer notes, drawings, and formulas drawn on the E-ink display to some Windows 10 programs."

Too bad it's no longer EMR (Hopefully AES and not MPP), but I can understand the reasoning with all those magnets placed everywhere...

Yep, Arstechnica says that both screens are handwriting ready.

IT sounds like the eINK display is not treated as a second display in Windows. That's too bad, but I guess they need to control the whole KB things tighter...

Yea. I would like to run word in the eInk and use a BT keyboard to type in direct sunlight.

This video really shows off the coolness factor. This might be the coolest mobile gadget EVER so far...
