I think that's for the 13" only... see the detailed description on the page:
Part number matches this Amazon listing: https://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-Inch-Laptop-Sleeve-GX40N36501/dp/B06XZ73CTR

Nah, that amazon listing is wrong. The 15" is GX40N36501, the 13" is GX40N36500-- putting in the former brings up the 15" version on amazon and best buy. They're both on sale, I don't know why it says in the description "suitable for YOGA 720 13", but seems like a screw up.

Got the sleeve today. It's odd in how useless it is, offering about a quarter inch of "protection" and nothing else. Can't recommend.

I am going to buy the 15.6 1080p version with i5
does it support a pen and if yes will it work with : Bamboo Smart for select tablets and 2-in-1 convertible?
I am going to use it as a note taking when I am studying.

Yes but I recommend the new Bamboo Ink pen instead.

A 15.6", 4.4. lbs device for note-taking? I hope you work out. And personally, I think it's criminal to get a 15.6" device with only 1080p display.

4,096 pressure levels, lower IAF and a soft touch triangular barrel that is more comfortable to grip. Only you can say if that's worth the extra $50+ to you.

If feel like I'm loosing my mind but weren't there more options available to buy on Lenovo's site just last night? I don't seem to be able to find the 720 with the 4k screen...

Stock shifts pretty often on Lenovo's website. With their constant shortages and lengthy delivery times it's better to buy their computers somewhere else.
