Confirmed that the Lenovo TB3 Graphics Dock works correctly with the ThinkPad X1 Yoga 3rd Gen. Now did some of my hair turn gray while trying to install it.. maybe!

I ended up with several BSOD's most alarmingly once right before rebooting after some firmware update attempt. Windows also insisted on recognizing the dock and its USB ports, but not the actual GeForce 1050 in it, instead showing "Generic Graphics Adapter" or so in the Device Manager. Tried Windows Update, tried Lenovo Vantage update. Things got installed, things failed. Ultimately a full and surely ill-advised reinstall of the entire driver package on top of the existing install got things working. Maybe one of the earlier updates were necessary for the driver package install to complete successfully. Still, now that it's up and running, it was worth it. Phew.
