Don't suppose you could install Photoshop CS5 or up, install the wacom feel it driver, and confirm if pressure works.

Even if you can't draw per say....stick figures will suffice....just try and use a really large canvass if you can. On the Asus Vivo Note 8.....Photoshop has some erratic problems with pressure and lag. I've kind of narrowed it down to the size of the canvas causing the lag, but even with a large canvas.....the file when opened is still only 200mb.....which is well withing the 2gb of ram that tablet has.

but since the TP Tablet 10 uses the more powerful Baytrail processor, has a proper SSD, and has a 64 bit OS and 4gb of ram, I'm curious as to how much better photoshop might perform on the TP tablet 10.

Very interesting regarding the NEC clone/knockoffs

especially since the keyboard dock on the NEC has a Pen silo. provided the Thinkpad Tablet 10s keyboard dock was cloned in the same manner, it should have the pen silo as well. and considering that has been it biggest area of criticism, that should make some people happy.

And the pictures also show the NEC tablet can be used much like the Helix in that you could connect it to the keyboard dock either screen up or screen down. Although the tablet should have fairly decent battery life running atom, I'm curious if the keyboard dock would also have its own battery like the Helix did.

Well, I only hope that keyboard dock won´t be exactly the same, since it lacks a TrackPoint. But, ok, TPT2 also didn´t had a real TrackPoint...
