Already late. Underwhelming partial spec list. I think the give away was the "vertical markets" hint. Means almost never a good option for heavy duty users.

If Lenovo's serious, they need a WOA offering in this space.

On titular photo, looks like 16:10 with GIANT bezels to me.

Looks like this tablet is vaporware. I wonder if Lenovo is thinking twice about producing a 10" tablet with Intel power. Other than the Samsung 10.6", which is less than an optimal device, the 10" market is dead.

@Bronsky but-but-but 10.8" 3:2 Chuwi Surbook Mini is pretty good for a cheap tablet, except the crappy pen experience. The screen is gorgeous!

I wonder about this. 12 inch windows tablet with kickstand seems to have murdered all competitors.

And sadly I think it's because they can sell them at price points rivaling laptops since they have screen sizes almost as big as some laptops.

Gotta find a way to make an 8 inch or 10 inch device seem premium and worth it to people. Because of their size they seem to be getting slotted into budget device category.

The galaxy note 8 phone is 6.3 inches which is nice and they can sell it for 1000$ when new because phones are like status symbols.

But 1.7 or 3.7 inches more and we get ****ed into older atom devices

Crappy pen is a non-starter for me. I'd rather go with the Samsung GB 10.

I use mine as a wireless monitor, didn't even order the pen or the keyboard. Might try it out for reading in direct sunlight since it's brighter and more compact than my convertible, and bright sun and work don't really go together for me anyway.
    Goodix.

I like reading by the pool in Summer. I'm seriously looking at an eink tablet like the Boox 10.3 as an outdoor reader.
