So when taking notes in one note while inking I like to use touch to move the screen vertically and horizontally. But I am noticing really bad lag when switching between inking, the eraser and tracking with touch. Any ideas for a fix?

What power mode are you in?
I notice that when in power saver, but not performance.

What version of OneNote are you using? I'm on 2010 and even Balanced Mode OneNote 2010 is silky smooth. Have you looked at your CPU performance to see if you have anything hogging the CPU?

I have noticed a little lag occassionally however, for me it seems to be that I only get lag when I move from stylus to finger for touch and I don't move the stylus far enough away from the screen.

Something that just occurred be me, do you have pressure sensitivity enabled in OneNote? I have it disabled as I don't need it and it can dramatically increase file sizes.

I also noticed a serious lag using word 2010 in power saving mode. Was just fooling around with image and text, formatting picture, using smartart, changing page background & effects & the whole thung just lagged seriously.

I bet the other core is parked and the cpu is in low multiplier.

ASUS should have a soft switch to turn on the core.
