School is rapidly approaching, and since Toshiba was able to extend a credit line to me, I put in my order today. This should give me enough time to fine-tune the Tablet and get it ready for my very long days come the end of September. (Not to mention working out my back and left forearm!)

I got the Pentium M 760 (2.0Ghz) with 256MB of RAM (which I'll upgrade to 2GB through NewEgg or Crucial). GeForce Go 6600 TE 128MB, 80GB hard drive (the upgrade cost was negligible over buying aftermarket), 8X DVD Burner, Intel Wireless and Bluetooth.

I also added the Slim SelectBay battery to help with the battery life (coupled with Centrino Hardware Control, I should get some decent usage). 3 Year Warranty with SystemGuard and At-Home Service.

Hopefully, I should have it in a couple of weeks. I can hardly wait!

You thought the decision was hard, waiting for the darn thing to show up is worse! Good luck with it and certainly report back when it arrives.

Including 2-Day Air and a couple of accessories that I didn't mention?

A couple bucks under $3000.
