Okay. I have seemed to totally hose up Windows 8.1 on my B121 tablet.

Everything has been both hunky and dory up until now.

All I did was for the first time since I have put Windows 8/8.1 on it was enable the bluetooth
in the PC Settings menu and pair the device with a bluetooth mouse.

And it worked great! And then I turned it off. Then I turned it back on
and I was introduced for the first time to what the Windows 8 BSOD looks like.

At least it reboots itself when that happens and then tries to go into a repair mode,

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL was the error on the BSOD screen.

I tried to do a system restore to an earlier point in time which failed.
I tried to go into safe mode and yank out the blutooth drivers. Failed.

Looks like I have to do a full system restore but my Windows 8 memory key is
    not with me.

    Ugghhh..

Guess Windows 8.1 and the blutooth on the B121 doesn't play nice together..

On another thread here someone else mentioned problems with the bluetooth driver in 8.1.
They said when the B121 is upgraded from 8.0 to 8.1 (like I did) it corrupts the the bluetooth drivers and it in unrepairable.

The fix is to install 8.1 directly without going the 8.0>8.1 upgrade path.

I now have to re-install Windows anyway. Jumping through hoops to install 8.1 directly
as I have a Windos 8.0 upgrade key. But, I think I'm going to be able to do it.

It looks like there are a lot of people reading this post so I thought I would update the latest as I know you all are waiting on the edge of your seats.

I got Windows 8.1 installed directly using my Windows 8.0 upgrade key and I then installed all the updates Windows Update wanted to install.

Now I am able to use my Bluetooth mouse without the BSOD screen.

    Awesome!
