I'm going to jump the gun (or is that "shark") and start an iPP 10.5 thread - not because of the rumors about the new 10.5" format in a 9.7" skin, but because of two rumored features coming to iOS 11 -
    • Finder (aka file explorer, which is rumored to look a lot like FileBrowser)
    • Drag and drop
Both of these system-wide enhancements would address a LOT of the complaints about the iPad as a laptop replacement. Given how good the Microsoft family of software is on iOS (Office, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, Lens), this could have a real impact on Windows 10 S and upcoming WOA hardware from Qualcomm and others. Coupled with the already vast mobile library of iOS, it could even be a game changer.

Regarding the file app, I won't believe until I see it! :D

Mind me, if it's just yet another file manager app, I couldn't care less.

well they did have the file app listed before it got pulled, so that one might be true.

OK - here's the iOS 11 summary (important points for us 2-in-1 users, in other words, no iMessage sticker crap):
    • The dock looks like dock on MacOS - fills bottom
    • Drag & Drop
    • Better onscreen keyboard (shifted keys)
    • App switcher looks like supports multiple desktops
    • Files -
      • supports Google Drive, OneDrive, DropBox
      • looks like FileBrowser to me with better folder and nesting support
    • Apple Pencil
      • Markup - for PDF's; Safari screens; screen shots
      • Create PDF's
      • Notes - can search handwritten text; insert more space in a note; built in document scanner (looks like going directly after OneNote)
      • That scanner function does look pretty good
    As for iPad Pro:
    • 10.5" iPad Pro
      • 1 pound
      • 20% more screen than 9.7", 120fps
      • 600 nits (for you nit pickers)
      • Pen latency 20ms (?)
      • Looks like you artists out there might like it from the Serif demo (Affinity Photo)
      • 512gb option
    • No iPad Pro Mini :vbfrown::vbmad:
HMMM - a bit to chew on

Here is the official pricing that was announced at WWDC. I am actually impressed by the generosity in the storage capacities. It looks like the Surface Pro will need to drop its pricing over the next year if it is going to remain a fully competitive iPad and MacBook replacement:

Already available in the app store, I just received their email since I have it for Windows.
The interesting thing is the price: normal full price is €32.99.
First time I see such thing for an iOS app.
