iOS 10.0.3 Not for WiFi-Only iPads

Apple released iOS 10.0.3 this week, but those who have an iPad without a built-in cellular radio shouldn't be concerned tat they haven't been given the option to upgrade.

According to Apple:

iOS 10.0.3 fixes bugs including an issue where some users could temporarily lose cellular connectivity.​

This new version apparently changes nothing non-cellular, so Apple saw no need to create a version for WiFi-only models.
