I remember this being a function of previous versions of windows, not sure when it stopped being so, and can't seem to find it Windows 10.

Is there a way to customize ink in Windows 10, for example how ink appears in the TIP? (I would like to make it appear thinner)

Also secretly hoping that doing that will make it appear thinner in Reader (which has miraculously started behaving again and stopped being weirdly offset)
