In need of tool to draw in PDF files

    I guess it depends on your desired usage then... I wont mind if it doesnt print well, my annotations are just for me. If you are using it to review the work of others, or if you need to print, bluebeam has spectacular results.

    @leaftye when you say it is slow to open large pdfs, how big are we talking, I have been opening 200 page files without a problem (I consider this large).

    Large, as in file size. I forget where it gets to be a pita, but try opening a 200 meg file.

    Could you also just print to One Note and then take notes on top of the One note files there? This would seem to be a simple and inexpensive way of getting information into a form that you can ink on.... as long as you do not need to print it out. :)
