On my screen, resolution is low, 1024x768, and I don't like scrolling to the side, the ctrl+scroll wheel thing works great, but how can I do that for all of Windows? I wanna make everything smaller, just a tiny bit, and it would be perfect.

You can't display more pixels than the screen has. 1280x800, I believe, is widescreen standard for modern tablets, so you'll be able to go up that high at least unless you've got an old one. Control Panel>Display>Adjust Resolution in Windows 7, I think it was under the last tab in XP (Advanced?).

This I know, I have an older one, I want smaller font, so I can fit more on the screen, but I can't find a way to go less than 96DPI.
