Hi Folks, I've reviewed the Kamvas Pro 24. It has their new pen, laminated, etched glass and its QHD. The short story is I liked it. Im thinking of doing a 3 way vs. with all 3 24" pen displays. They take a ton of work to shoot though and I've already got reviews up for them (Although the Cintiq one could use a refresh)

The title says Pro 20 but the video says 24"?

Ah bum. I've been hoping Huion would bring UHD down to the 16 and 19 inch screens.

Not likely. Not even Wacom has a QHD + 16" since they discountinued the Cintiq 16" Pro.

That section at 5:40 in your video took me back - was it Peanuts / Charlie Brown where the teacher spoke in a wah-wah trumpet voice?

Loved it and no, you don't look 40 but get out of your parent's basement!

I had to check on this and while I couldn't find a direct announcement about discontinuing the Cintiq 16 Pro, I found lots of quotes from Wacom support in discussion forums where they said they'd discontinued the line.

Seems that the 4K ability was difficult to switch on or support and very few users recorded actually being able to use their 16 Pro at 4K if ever... still, it would be great if someone offered a 2K-2.5K screen in the 16 inches to 20 inches range.

I'm curious-- are there any of these non-wacom devices that give you felt nibs? Everything else seems really comparable to me, but I do love felt nibs for drawing, whatever pen it is. Texture really matters to me. I guess I'm pretty finicky? What are the nibs like on these? Rock hard plastic?

Not that I know of I'm afraid. The etched glass of the Huion is probably the closest you'll get toward a different feel of nib on paper but they all have pretty much nasty hard plastic nibs - even the Apple Pencil.
