Is this basically the same as the tx2000z? With the wacom active digitizer as well as finger touch?

    Hi Parjoe,

Yes, it does have the Wacom digitizer and touch. It is basically the same as the tx2000z, it's just that the tx2110us (and the other dozen of model numbers) are pre-configured with certain specs. :)

It says that it has 527MB video memory.
Isn't that better than the tx2000z?

Because if it is, I want it!

    Hi invalidka,

The nVidia GeForce Go 6150 Integrated Graphics Processor (IGP) found in the tx2000 series has 64MB or 128MB of dedicated VRAM (video memory) and the remaining 399MB or 463MB of video memory is shared by allocated system RAM. Comparing that to a dedicated graphics card with, say, 768MB of dedicated VRAM; that dedicated graphics card wins hands down compared to an IGP that has a fraction of dedicated VRAM and a large portion of VRAM shared from system memory.

I just purchased this computer from circuit city. they had an offer of no interest until 2010 if purchased on circuit city credit card. I love it. this is my first tablet pc so I have nothing to compare it to, but I am thoroughly impressed. It is small, but all tablet PCs are. It has great speeds and lots of extras. I especially like the fingerprint recognition. I now that my patients files (I am a home health physical therapist) are safe and secure. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a compact, easy to use, fast tablet PC with loads of memory and extras. Does anyone know where to find accessories for this? What about discounted Microsoft Office programs?
