Just curious if anyone used F6 option during XP installation to point Windows to SATA/RAID drivers in the beginning. I think Windows would like to see this driver on a floppy disk.

Hmm for some reason Autonic's drivers didnt work on my tx1219AU :( I got the blue screen of death but after that it did the xact same thing as with the other ones, and in the device properties it showed as "Unknown device" which I had to uninstall..

Anyone have any suggestions on this issue? I would really like sound in windows XP and also to turn the error beep off!!

Are you having problem with the SATA driver? Understand the earlier models required SATA driver; otherwise, XP won't see the hard disk. Since there is no floppy disk, one way out is to slipstream the SATA driver into existing XP installation Disk... There are many articles on how to slipstream SATA drivers...skyjuice blog happened to have one..

an alternative to running the pivot software is editing the inf file for the graphics driver. NVIDIA Geforce Go 6150
After extracing the files by running the exe, it installs to c:\swsetup\ss33549 open the inf file nvwi.inf (with notepad) and search for the entry rotateflag & change the value from 0 to 0x40.

If you've previously installed this driver, manually install it again
from device manager, pointing it to the newly edited inf file.

Make sure you have the quick launch buttons installed. Works like a charm, automatically rotates, when screen is folded down, and responds to rotate button as well.
