    Driver Update

    HP Integrated Bluetooth March 2007

    Realtek HD Audio R1.84

I was having problems with the bluetooth driver that was provided by leepriestenator in this post. I was able to pair my bluetooth headset to the laptop and able to use my headset as a speaker or headphone but the microphone function doesn't work. If I was chatting with my buddy using skype or stuffs like that I can hear them talking through my BT headset but they can't hear me at all (Yes, if I switch to the microphone on the laptop, they can hear me. And I have played around with the volume settings). The driver is dated back to June 2006 so I think it maybe outdated.

Therefore I did some reseach and found this post which led me to the Bluetooth driver in the beginning of my post. credit to Martin Mueller from HP forum. That is a new driver in March 2007 and it works flawlessly with my laptop in XP. Now my bluetooth headset is fully functioning. If you are having similar issues on your bluetooth with old BT driver, give this new one a try.

Also realtek has updated its HD audio driver for both vista and xp. You don't have to update your driver but I always wanted the latest ones.

    Hi guys,

I was trying to follow your post on installing Nvidia driver but there are some steps that are not in your instructions. like for example...

After i choose (Don't search. i will choose the driver to install) then i click next.. i get this

"Select a hardware type. and then click Next".. then it gives me a list of common hardware type.

    Which one should i choose?

Do anyone have AIM? If you do can you add me and help me with this. my sn is bored7one4

    thanks

Thanks for the highlight... I'll update the drivers post with this ASAP.

Had the same problem with my Moto S9 headset.

You should have just posted this in the XP drivers thread.

Mods... i think it would be best if you could merge this thread with the other XP drivers thread. Makes for all the info in one place.

Try this post. The driver is listed at the bottom.

    Gefore 6150 Go

I am using this one now. No problem at all. Dave claims that this driver is directly from microsoft...

    ---

Device manager - right click on the device that you want to uninstall - uninstall

or double click on the device, go to the driver tab and choose uninstall
