I actually prefer 16:10 small tablets but it being 4GB ram and up to 128GM HD space certainly mean i'll over look it.

Waiting for the new Dell Venue 8 specs and price before I decide. Also Acer is going to announce something in a few days. My current 8 inch tablet is an Acer W4 which I really like

    I am really hyped!
But damn, it cost a f.....g lot, 822 euros for 4GB version!! I freaked out, half of my salary! I paid the same amount for my second hand XPS 12 with Haswell
    I hate Europe sometimes...
The Cat is extremely handsome :D

The unfavorable exchange rate will surely harm sales outside the US. I know I wouldn't have paid two or three hundred dollars more for mine.

Yeah, she's a cutie... and seems to be aware of it. ;)

Exactly. Looking for a Surface Mini with a kickstand and Type cover. This is very close.

    That's an interesting concept: http://www.pcworld.idg.com.au/review/hp/pro-slate-8-android-tablet-with-duet-pen/574182/

The 608 might fit the folio, or might not, but the pen does not work that way. The 608 doesn't have a Duet Pen nor the sensors and software to enable it to mirror on-screen what you write on a notepad next to it.

Yea it's a bummer MS has not made a surface mini. My perfect tablet is pretty much a Surface Pro 4 just shrunk down to 8 inches.

Glad to see you picked up the keyboard case too Dellastar! Is your windows button the same as mine... (As in it opens up the browser and isn't really a windows button?)

I got the Smart Cover not the keyboard one. I take it that you didn't find a solution to the Windows key issue, then. That's a shame; it's a nice looking accessory.
