I know many already are aware of this, but If you have a modern HP laptop, you can get a free skin (with free shipping). They have custom cut skins (like for the tx1000 and tx2000) and universal ones. You can pick one of their graphics or make your own custom one with any picture. Here is the link:

I got one made from the "school of athens" painting and another from "the persistence of memory"...they are basically stickers made from a thick vinyl. I think they look good, but colors seem to come out a bit darker than you expect. They do fit quite well.

argh, the only supported models are from the "consumer" line and not the "business" line

i'd kill to have a skin: it'd make the best protection against all those tiny scratches my TC4400 is so prone to!

You need a serial number from a consumer model to get the free skin website, but it will let you choose a bussines model (i saw the 4400 listed) to get the skin for once you are in the website. Just get a hold of a consumer model serial number from somewhere.

Will they come off nicely if you change your mind? Or, for the mechanically-declined among us (such as me), can you adjust the position if you stick it wrong the first time?

they will come off and leave no residue, but you can only stick and peel then about five times before they start to loose their stickiness

    Thanks!
I only liked the Chopper Skins... going to try the red one on my TX... feeling bold!

Will pass on to all those I know with HP Laptops.
