We bought an HP 2730p on Ebay and just received it. It seems to be working well, but we're having trouble enabling pressure sensitivity in Gimp. From what I understand, we should be able to have it detect something so we can enable "screen" but it's not letting us get that far. It says there is nothing to detect.

    It is running Windows 7.

    Help, please?

Go here Drivers | Wacom Americas and install the driver; then reboot and try Gimp again (I don't remember exactly, but I think gimp may have had an option for pressure sensitivity that you have to enable), if pressure doesn't seem to be working then try 'My Paint' (Free, Opensource drawing program that supports pressure and much more).

The driver didn't fix the issue with Gimp, but MyPaint is so amazingly responsive we don't even want Gimp anymore, so thank you!

Similarly, I am unable to enable pressure sensitivity in Adobe Illustrator using this driver. It works fine in other applications (Photoshop, OneNote), however.
