The 2017 iteration of Apple's developer conference starts June 5. The keynote address for this is usually the venue where the next version of iOS is unveiled. There are rumors and speculation that Apple will also use this event to announce the first iPad Pro 10.5, but the WWDC isn't usually where hardware gets unveiled.

Apple has posted the page where those who want to watch the announcement live can go to stream it:
    https://www.apple.com/apple-events/june-2017/

The keynote address for Tim Cook and Co. will start at 1 PM EDT that day.

Watching the livestream requires an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with Safari on iOS 7.0 or later, a Mac with Safari 6.0.5 or later on OS X v10.8.5 or later, or a PC with Microsoft Edge on Windows 10. Streaming via Apple TV requires an Apple TV (2nd or 3rd generation) with software 6.2 or later or an Apple TV (4th generation).
