Hello, my wireless keyboard no longer turns on.

I have tried charging it, but even though the LED light shows the board is charging, switching the keyboard on doesn't have any result. Pressing keys or using the track pad does nothing. The caps lock button does not light up.
Plugging the keyboard into the laptop using the USB-A to microUSB cord doesn't change anything either.

What can I do to repair my Vaio Z Canvas keyboard?
Can I replace it if it cannot be repaired?
Will Vaio help me with this?

i think that has to do with your keyboard receiver being off.

    check your settings>network&internet>airplane mode

see if its on or off

No, it is not the problem.
Besides, even if there was a connection issue, the keyboard's CAPS LOCK key would light up for a few seconds after being switched on.

There is no sign that switching the keyboard on is giving the keyboard power.

Try this below maybe it will work for you.

Reset the keyboard in the following procedure to check whether symptoms improve.

    1. Turn off the keyboard by turning the keyboard power switch to "OFF".
    2. With the power of the VAIO main unit on, place the keyboard within 2 cm of the front of the VAIO main unit and place it.
    3. Hold down the [Ctrl] and [Esc] keys of the keyboard at the same time, set the keyboard power switch to "ON".
The "Caps Lock" lamp on the [Caps Lock] key flashes. When the connection is completed, the lamp goes off.
