Hey does any one know how to erase the stored fingerprints and passwords from the biometric reader.

also is there a way to fix the slow response of the tablet screen on the edges?

    1. I am guessing you will need to open the software that you used to "enroll" your fingerprints in order to delete the profile for the biometric reader.

    2. Open up the Windows XP Control Panel. Go to Tablet and Pen Settings to calibrate the screen.

You have to open the biometric reader software and there's an option for managing your fingerprints stored on the biometric reader. I think the fingerprints are stored there, not in the OS, because I did a fresh install and My fingerprints were already there!!!!

exactly, i did a restore too and the fingerprints were still there. thats why i wanna remove them because i want to use the same finger again. you can choose for the fingerprints to be on the hard drive, but seems like you just like me choose to store it in the biometric reader.
