I did a search and AliBaba has it for $15 with free shipping if you are ok with it going by boat.

EDIT: The Alibaba one does not have the cables. Unless you can find something on eBay, you are stuck with IBM parts. :(

Zeek, what country and what region do you live? That'd be good info for anyone who is looking to do this.

    Well, ok then. :)

I did notice that there are three u.FL connectors on that card. Did you just connect the main and aux?

Yes. There are only two antenna lead wires.

Online, the part is $28 from Lenovo. Did you have to buy two of them?

So, as I just found out after ordering the antenna, there is a flat shipping rate of $13 plus any sales tax. So, the cost is in fact $43. :(

Got the EM7355 and antennas into my TP10. All is well as far as the system recognizing my WWAN. I tried to activate with ATT but as I don't have a listed system for their Bring Your Own Device plans I have to go to a store and ask a sale rep. I'm hoping I'll be able to add my TP10 as a tablet device and not a notebook.

Also, I should have thought about adding in NFC as the WWAN and NFC option are usually together and you pay the same shipping no matter what. Next time I suppose.

What's the part # for the WWAN and NFC option?
