    @CF77, if its the last few digits of the s/n, mine reads 263, got mine from Amazon, among the first batch.

    The 64/4 that I got from Amazon on March 17th was 2423. That is the one I sent back for an exchange.

    If Kneebuster got his a while ago.. and is over 7000..then serial number beyond 10000 should be out there..

    They've sold at least 400 according to my S/N LOL (MS Store) Feb 7th or whatever there first promised delivery date was.

    Mine's a 1A005M.

    Mine ends in 3738. Ordered 3/17 from B&H Photo. Kneebuster, it's interesting that our S/N's are so different, considering that we ordered from the same place at the same time.

    It's ashame that they cannot meet the demand. By the time they do this unit is going to be a dinosaur compared to the newer tablets that are coming out with Sandy Bridge processors.

    I have the 2/32 model, which I then upgraded the RAM, HD, and WiFi on. Do you have the 4/64 model? That might explain the different S/N. I had a 4/64, serial number 3820, which shipped on 3/17 but was returned due to a short in the backlight.
