Hi I have a T732 which didn't have functioning wireless out of the box. Unfortunately I was out of the country so couldn't send it back to newegg for replacement within 30 days. I have since had Fujitsu pick it up and it is currently at a service company in Germany (I am in the UK) It has been there for exactly 4 weeks as they are waiting on parts. In the mean time I haven't had the use of a notebook. The tracking log says the delay is in waiting on spare parts What are my options and how long is reasonable to wait for a repair?
