Is there any way to use a Cintiq pen on a EP 121 Slate? It's much more comfortable than the small pen that comes with the 121.
If not, is there another brand pen that will work?

No. Penabled digitizers and pens don't support tilt.

Cintiqs started supporting tilt from 21UX. Cintiqs 18SX and older did not support tilt.
