    * XGA - 1024x768 ~ Large and easy to read text and graphic icons but you fit less on the screen.
    * SXGA - 1400x1050 ~ Small text and graphic icons which require good vision but the gain is a much larger screen.
    * WXGA - 1280x768 ~ Wider viewing angle of XGA but ideal for viewing Spreadsheets and other programs that require desktop space.

    You should get one with the highest possible resolution if you work on photoshop a lot.

    for 12 inch I suggest you look at the thinkpad series by lenovo or HP. If you can wait, wait for the Dell latitude XT...

    Reading your other posts today varthikv12 I notice you are a strong advocate of the not yet released Dell XT.

    Until this Tablet comes to fruit and has been handed out for review, it would be very difficult to recommend this new machine.

    Also bear in mind, this will be Dell's first stab at the Tablet market.... Will they have the ability to pull it off and I don't just mean in sales alone.

    If it were my money and I wanted one with the highest resolution for Photoshop, I would also be looking at a Tablet with strong processing power and bags of RAM (4GB).
    For that my choice would be the Fujitsu T4220 fitted with an SXGA screen and maxed out in both processor and RAM.

    Also consider the Modular battery for additional mobility.
    This would take it to around 7hrs to 9hrs, depending on what you were doing.
