Does anyone installed GNU Linux (Debian, Ubuntu...) on a Fujitsu tablet / convertible? I'm talking about Q704, T904, T902, etc.

Yup. If you search the forum you can see people use Linux on the T902, T901, T730, and the U904 which runs almost the same hardware as the T904. Older devices are less compatible, but the new ones run with full hardware support.

I don't have a tablet that modern, but I do have a couple Fujitsu T5010 convertibles, both running Debian Stable.

I am running linux on a t904 which I bought off ebay long ago. I recently bought a t935 again from ebay. It will as the t904 run ubuntu linux. I have found the touch screen do work, but need third party software to do screen rotations, but in portrait mode have found very little software uses it. The qhd screen is great for doing web development work.
