During my research i found that only Fujitsu Stylistic q702 and Asus EEE EP121 does fulfill my requirements. Am I right? My mail goals are:
-docking it at home and using as Desktop PC
-possible to use it not at home, so acceptable weight is about 1kg.
-both active digitizer (makeing notes), and multitouch (web, photos)
-possible to connect phisical keyboard and mouse, does't have to be dedicated (all?)
Or maybe there exists some others, which would be proper for me?

Software could be not included, because of my MSDN academic license.

Have you looked at the Sony Duo 11? The weight is slightly higher than what you expected. The PEN Input is great,we have got one at home.
Not cheap, unluckily. Advantage is that you can choose a. SSID up to 256 GB.
    Kind regards
