I think that those drivers only support 2nd and 3rd generations.

The EP121 rocks with Windows 8, far and away better then Windows 7. The keyboard is light years better, and everything works like it's suppose to. The only tweak I did was the legacy video driver tweak and since then I haven't had any problems with my touch interface. Windows 8 just makes it feel more like a tablet. I did a clean install via usb optical drive and everything including touch works right away. I think it works just as good as any Windows 8 tablet, and like I said earlier I had about 40gb of my 64gb SSD free after the install.

Pretty much a slightly quicker Win7 with the ability to run some simple but useful Metro apps, but the annoyance of not being able to fully disable UAC.

The Metro task manager acts like a super task bar above my Win7 task bar, neatly separating my background music, side-browsing, and casual gaming, from my main work desktop. IMO a better solution than multiple desktops (especially for the limited memory on the EP121).

    Hi all,

I have the same problem than DavidD, I follow the steps from scratch (new SSD) with Windows 8 Pro OEM, but the touch pad is not working ... have somebody find a solution ?
Pen is working and touch only during installation ...

    Many thanks.

@Pegasus442: Did you change your SSD or it's the original one ?
If you change it, you need perhaps to give during the install the good driver (for the M4 Crucial it was automatically recognise).
