The Fujitsu Q704 is a great tablet for a FlipSteady case!

That is my design for the Lenovo ThinkPad Helix.

I have successfully worked with the community in the forums here on TPCR to develop cases for the Helix, the Samsung 700t and the Asus Ep121.

I would like to know if Q704 users would be interested in having a FlipSteady case for the Fujitsu Q704.

The case will have
- All of the standing features of a FlipSteady
- A hand strap
- Corner protection
- An extra stylus holder
-The case will function with all accessories without ever having to take the case off.

About 20 to 30 people showing interest in this thread moves this project to the next step where I buy the tablet and begin design. If this project takes flight I will update this thread with photo and videos of the entire process from design to production and delivery.

Much like I did for the Helix here: Helix Project

Or the Samsung 700t here: 700t Project

Or the iPad in my successful Kickstarter project.. I'll spare the external link. Search Kickstarter for FlipSteady..

Thanks for having a look. Please don't hesitate to post if your interested or you have a question.

I don't think there are many owners yet, but several (like me) are on the fence and bummed down by performances / fan issues.

Hopefully your thread will contribute in identifying more owners so we can get more feedback :)

Nice product by the way.

Looks like this tablet may be to rare to design for.. That's a shame.. Looks like a nice tablet!

Hi Isaiah, I'm interested in developing this for the q704. We are a windows tablet pc seller in Australia. Can you PM me to discuss MOQ, pricing and other tablets?

Thanks for puting the R12 on my radar. The FlipSteady would certainly be nice but the competition with Motion Computing's accessories would probably be a bad idea for me. I bet Motion's accessories are their bread and butter which explains why they pitch the accessories so hard.. Nice looking tablet though!!
