Could someone please try to connect a 2560x1600 display via HDMI to the T904?
Without the support of high res displays the device is utterly useless to me.

You need the DisplayPort on the port replicator ($170) to output 2560x1600.

    But why?
My U3014 can handle 2560x1600 via HDMI, HD4000,HD4400 all can handle 2560x1600 via HDMI so why on earth can't the T904 (probably) output it?

Scratch that; the Japanese user manual page 174 says the T904 HDMI can output 4K at 24HZ, so it's capable of 2560x1600 even if it's not officially supported.

That sounds great. Hm but I guess the only way to find out would be by actually testing it.
So... if anyone has a T904 + 30" display by change please try to connect it to the HDMI port and let me now ;)

You've got to be seriously kidding me, possibly 2,200 dollars for the base configuration:

    Fujitsu America - T904

Meanwhile, the consumer version, which is seemingly only sold in Japan, has the perfect features which I want for a price which is completely reasonable. This was found over on the NB forum where someone just switched the T734 in the link with T904.

Also, if the estimated ship date is right of "03/10/2014" then they waited until they could get away with not giving you the extended warranty.

Yeah. I might actually import the consumer version. I'm not sure how much that would cost though, or how the warranty would work. Anyone know of a good importer?

Yup, I have the same exact idea. If anyone knows a good site or person to import from I would like to hear. Even if the shipping is expensive, the total cost will still be much less than what it is currently.

You guys better hurry, the 15% off sale ends on March 5th, and then you're looking at $1700.

I already commited myself to the $2800 configuration. This better be a great piece of hardware.
