Hence my EMR prediction. If not Lenovo, then maybe Samsung down the line can 'reign by good luck.'

Yes, I think I agree. Non-battery pen EMR and a foldable tablet for an artist on the go who doesn't need to type that much on his/her lap.

I guess as just an occasional pen user for annotating pdf's and images who does want to type on my lap alot, maybe I'm just not the audience for this form factor.

Well, I can only imagine what it would feel like to hold the foldable while reading a digital comic book with facing pages. It may very well suck because of the weight, but this is supposed to be under 2 lbs, the iPad Pro 12.9 is 1.5. That being said, if this is just a stepping stone to lighter, more flexible tablets, I will welcome it with open arms (or hands).

I mean, I would settle for Penny's computer book from Inspector Gadget (80s version).

Well, you could put it in one of those messenger bags. Don't know about weight yet, but folded it would fit.

And if anyone knows about devices and handbags it's our very own @Kumabjorn. At any time, lady's got her iPad, SG, Asus,(can't recall the rest) in one handbag.

Messenger bags? Hell, you can probably fit this in a map case!*

Did the math: 13.3" hypotenuse, 4:3 aspect ratio, minimum .5" bezels, equals roughly 9x12" laid flat, 6x9" folded. 8x10.6" are the dimensions of the screen itself. So folded in half, that's 5.3x8", a little smaller than a sheet of copy paper folded in half.

*Depending on the map case, of course. Also dependent on tablet thickness and charger size. The one above measures 11x13x2". But look at those functional stylus holders!

Have to say after seeing @Marty ’s pictures, I can’t see a bit of an advantage over aSpectre x360 or Lenovo C930

I like the design - but is it more about usefulness or "coffee shop cred?"
