As far as I can tell, you can't ink in edge. If I'm not missing something, I wonder why Microsoft didn't add that feature. It would be great for signing documents. Is that feature coming with Web Notes or is that more of a stand alone notepad?

I can ink on my Edge. You just need to activate the annotation feature and then save rye page once you've finished, preferably in OneNote.

Twitter is to communications as haiku is to literature.

How does one get the ad blockers in win 10?
In win8.1 I could do it in the metro IE by going to privacy.

... or switch back to IE and get it now. Even in Windows 8, it wasn't only a Metro IE thing. It is just a little bit more hidden in the desktop version.

Click on "Get a Tracking Protection List online..."

To block adds in Edge, you can get a custom hosts file like:

    http://forum.tabletpcreview.com/threads/surface-3-discussion-thread.65983/page-187#post-442995

The downside is that you can not quickly disable/enable the blocked content like you can in IE (for example, when a video wont show).

I think I have finally fixated the problem with my Ethernet connection breaking up on my Surface Pro but not on my other W10 machines. It seems Edge breaks it when I click an URL in some other program, like mail. When Edge opens on that click my Ethernet connection breaks.
