I installed all kind of sketchbook pro version but it keep showing cracked screen and doesn't respond
my stylus pen. I assume that it's an issue of bios. my drivers are all lastest. so I try to downgrade bios version to A04, A05 cause' I recently updated it to A06. turns out, the error message pops up.

"you are about to flash your bios to an older version.
Dell does not recommend flashing your bios to an older version.
    press ok button to exit"

    so I tried alternative way
created shotcut of bios file and insert "/forceit" command.

this time this message pops up and I can go futher.

    "only work under manufacture mode"

    "error: unknown command"

I called dell technology staff and he said

"in this case, you have no option to rollback"

    what a frustrating..........

I'm sure they can do it at the factory by changing the actual bios flash chip. I never had my sketchbook pro work in A04-A06. Only Sketchbook Designer did, so I'm not sure our problem is entirely the bios. This is a well known problem just like the camera not working for Onenote 2013 on Atom.

They are releasing BIOS updates every month or so. I say just wait until the next one is out. Should be out any week now.

thanks for your comments. I'm just frustrated cause' latitude 10 does not support rollback while most of dell's devices are available to rollback their bios by simply executing older version bios exe file.
