I am a purchaser of a second hand dv11 and was quite happy. I did not realize however that the fast charging was not working. I've used cables designed for fast charging along with the cable that came with the dell adapter, it is always at 3w.

I thought hey let me purchase a dock to remedy this issue. It came today, everything works minus charging the device!

Any recommendation at what I should be looking at? I'm running windows 10 btw.

Try wobble the USB port, perhaps the USB port has failed

It charges, it just does not charge at 24w. Only 3w.

Saw this from an episode (Ep 4) of Starz new comedy, Blunt Talk. It's the 7130 complete with green Refurbished sticker! I got a kick out of it.

Has somebody tried to use a SD larger than 64GB on the 7130 ?
If yes, can you provide details of the models of SD cards properly working ?

On the 7140 model, it seems it works

I've solved my typical "23w-adapter-only-charging-at-3W" problem by splicing a micro-USB plug to the end of a 19V Dell Inspiron adapter. An adapter from barrel-plug jack ==> micro-usb plug will probably work just as well. Just label it carefully and DON'T let anybody plug it into anything except the Venue Pro!
