Looks like Dell is about to unveil a couple more tablets, judging by their support page.

This is the same place I found the details about the 7140 before announcement, so looks like their support team is a bit too eager.

This time it's 10 inch tablets, new keyboard judging by the PDF, and by a recent 7130/9 BIOS update a new desktop dock will be coming too.

These are certainly Atom tablets, running Baytrail -T with 2GB ram. 1920x1080 as well as 1280x800 display options + USB 2.0 these must be lower price point models. No Guide PDF has been made available for the V10 5050, but since it is not carrying the 'pro' name I imagine it's a lower end model still.

    See here for PDF ftp://ftp.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_tab_mob/esuprt_tablets/dell-venue-10-pro-5055-tablet_Setup%20Guide_en-us.pdf

Pity they're only available to educational institutions. This could be the next big thing if they marketed it right. The Wacom stylus and 1080P 10" screen option makes these a tablet user's dream.

    on 10" i would prefer 1280*800 tough

Windows 10 itself scales well but some programms don't
Trillian looks weird on the V11P, Photoshop is nearly unusable

Where is the catch? The price sounds too good to be true!

Those are education prices (~$33o/$380)--still a steal. I am guessing consumers will have to pay $500 to $700, competing directly with the T300 Chi. However, if it is truly this cheap for the consumer model, I will be getting one in a heartbeat!

I think that's the price, not just an education price. Dell's release said that:

"The Venue 10 Pro starts at USD $329.99 for the tablet or $379.99 with keyboard option. It will be available on Dell.com in the U.S. and select countries around the world starting March 3, 2015." Sounds like a base price of $379 with the KB. $38 for the pen and what ever the increase is for the FHD display and increased RAM is offered. My guess would be less than $500 out the door with pen, KB and better specs. It is really an interesting move for Dell.
