Dell Latitude 10 battery life

    Just an idea: In general I would stay away from using percentage battery life for extensive testing of battery life, considering many a laptop, tablet and phone I have owned last two - three times as long on the last 10% versus the first 10%(100%-90%)
    So for an accurate reading, are there any diagnostics applications for W8 which give a mAh reading of the batteries charge state?

    Startup: 4 x Intel services, DPR are running, and the BT app I disabled.
    All live tiles are off.
    Wireless: WiFi on, BT and GNSS are off.
