Is there a way to customize the functions of the navigation buttons, (the arrow ones)? I want the arrows to act as keyboard arrows for games such as starcraft and warcraft, currently it seems to work as a scroll only. . .

    What system do you have?
The only button customizable is the journal button. It can be single press or press and hold.
Go to control panel and then mobile PC. Then tablet PC settings.

The scroll button also can control the volume and screen brightness. Just press the button left of the Scroll. It can also act as a back button when viewing web pages.
The center button can be used as an enter.

Can anyone explain how to do this in Vista for the c-140x. I went into the registry editor and I found what looks like the tablet button settings under

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER/CONTROL PANEL/TABLETPC/ButtonMaps

but maybe I'm way off, I'm not exactly a computer wiz and I've never really fooled with my registry before. If anyone has done this in Vista, please help the rest of us.

Ok how to make these buttons show up in windows vista.

    Go to your start button.
    In start search type regedit.

Once regedit is found hit enter. Got to edit find. Type in NoUI
It will take a few to find the first one.

    Edit the NoUI to 0
Hit f3 and continue doing the same thing till you have done them all.

And for good measure I’d do the steps again to make sure I have them all.
Then go to your Tablet PC Settings –click the buttons tab …there they will be.

    I hope this helps.
