My apologies, I don't qualify as "us". However, I like to learn.

Funny thing is, my daughter was asking me how an engine works yesterday, when I was messing around w my Mazda. (about 16 cylinders short of 20 LOL) :)

Thanks, that good to hear, I really like my SP2...still.

Do you think we can suggest to the manufacture to move to the Surface 3 display, so we get a 3:2 aspect?

Nope, the 10.6" screen was one of my requirements. There's a million 12" devices out there.

I bought it in the last "flashsale" for $399 and couldn't be happier.
In real live it works as good as the hp 850 G2 with an I5-6200U the company has given me, and I like the size better.
The only thing is the temperature, but I will do a similar termal mod that Chris at techtablets has done.

Hi, I have ordered this tablet and will receive it in a few days. Anyone had experience in replacing pre-applied screen protector (not the one with Chinese text on it) with tempered glass? is it safe to remove the pre-applied the screen protector? Thanks for the info.

Mine didn't have any Chinese lettering on it and it's glued on so tightly that I wouldn't risk removing it.

I'm curious. What's the point of a screen protector that can't be replaced with a fresh one when it gets damaged?
