My work machine is an 8 year old Dell Precision tower running Windows 7. I don't have the exact model/version numbers at hand but it's 64 bit Windows 7.

I brought my Cintiq 22HD touch to use and the pen input works fine but multitouch does not work, despite being enabled in the Wacom and Windows control panels. I've tried enabling both Windows and Wacom gestures.

What do I have to do to enable multitouch? I know for sure the IT dept will be clueless.

    Thanks.

    Did you:

-Enable "tabletPC components" under Windows Features?
-Download the Microsoft TouchPack for Windows 7?
-Check the touch mapping in the Wacom driver, to be sure its set to your 22HD screen? Mine was by default set to my main monitor for some reason.

I used 22HD Touch for the first time at a client's place with my VAIO Z Canvas. Touch worked beautifully. I was surprised. But then again, I'm running Windows 10 on the VZC.

Yes it's fine on my Windows 10 machine.

Thanks, I will try downloading the TouchPack tomorrow or whenever IT gets round to it.

I've also been pleasantly surprised by it. I just happened to get a 22HD touch used cheaper than I could find the non-touch version, but I'm really impressed with the touch performance in Windows 10. I wonder how much of my good experience has also been Photoshop CC touch compatibility improving in recent updates as well.

In my memory photoshop's touch worked better in CC2014 without the undo/redo gestures.

I've found that Sketchbook Pro is the most responsive re. multitouch. Adobe really makes you work hard. I do have a screen protector on it though.

Not yet. Sorry I was referring to using it with Windows 10.
