Decided to test it

Did you do your test on a Chromebook? I have a Samsung Chromebook Pro and I'm under the impression that the Onenote Badge is not available on Chrome OS devices. I do use the Samsung Stylus Tools to capture either a portion of, or the entire screen and then import the capture to OneNote. There is also chrome extension that allows you to capture information as well.
OneNote works fairly well although there is a lag when inking but it doesn't hamper my ability to take handwritten notes just fine.
1. So you have to save the image and then insert it by navigating through your folders to find the image?
Badge = those little circles that let you open onenote faster?
1. You used a onenote screen clipping in android as opposed to a samsung specific screen clipping?
2. All these years I have wondered- is your profile pic truly a human sized anime sex doll? Or a person wearing a mask?
I used the Samsung S-pen screen capture tool. I have since done a factory reset and is not fully reinstalled.
That picture is from my cosplay days. Before it was a thang in the West.
