I would like to be able to bind a macro to changing pen colour. OneNote seems to have limited customisation, and i cant find anywhere to bind pen type to macro. I would ideally like to have it when i hold a key it changes pen and when i release it changes back, but anything is a start.

    Any ideas?
    Thanks
    Mitch

That would have to be something you do yourself.

But separate and apart from that, you could just turn on the pens toolbar, so you'd have access to it along the right side of your sheet.

Are you trying to use a special color or a standard color? If the latter, you don't want a macro, you want to add a button. You only want to do a macro if something requires at least two steps. Picking a standard color is something there's already a button for that you simply have to click once, you just have to add that button to the toolbar.
