I'd like to get a case that will accommodate both laptop and slate configurations but I'm seeing slim pickings on the net. There is Lenovo's own X220 tablet sleeve which does not have any user reviews at the moment.

Over at Amazon I found this Targus case along with a user review video. I assume this will work fine with the X220t even though it was designed for the X61?

ehm.. X60 is 16:10.. X220t is 16:9, so my guess would be no, it does NOT fit. The Lenovo 'sleeve' is designed to be able to use the tablet while in the sleeve. Most other sleeves are designed merely to acomedate(accomodate?) transport, so big difference

What to say...The quality might be better. Tablet should be in tablet mode. One side is a mesh/net for air access to the bottom of the tablet. The cover of the sleeve can be sticked with velcro when you carry tablet or on backside(to the mesh) when you are working. 6-cell battery is fitted to the sleeve. What else. All buttons and outlets are accessible.
