It happened with new KB4020102 not on the older update.
    I had use solutions :
    - Install automatic update by windows
    - Install with offline update catalog
    - Use clean boot
    - Update Nvidia vga driver
    Without succeeded

My laptop is Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 14 (20FY0002US) BB version of yoga 460.
Please help me to fix this error or should I unused this update version

    Hi
I have the same BSOD with LENOVO YOGA P40 with KB4020102.... thank you Microsoft.

May be it's a driver problem with LENOVO

I search, please answer here if you have the solution.

This happened to me on one of my Thinkpad Yoga 14s. The fault is a bad Lenovo driver or firmware update. I was forced to reinstall Windows via a USB thumb drive. Fortunately all my data survived and was stored under Windows.old folder.

I think I have this issue on my Y700. About once an hour or so after the KB4020102 upgrade either:
Everything goes black, the screen flickers a bit and I have to hard kill my laptop.
I get a BSOD and auto-restart with random errors related to either NVIDIA or system processes.

I've updated NVIDIA drivers and to the latest Lenovo drivers to no avail, I've also tried rolling back KB4020102, but that didn't help either.

Sodding Windows, updates have killed my internet connection before too (though at least in that case rolling back the update helped). If it wasn't for how much of a pain in the ass it is to dual boot Ubuntu through UEFI and the lack of actual licensing for the Windows you get through buying a laptop, I'd basically never use it. I'm only really keeping it for DRM silverlight and in case I fancy getting back into gaming.

I think i have found the solution : the problem is NVIDIA QUADRO M500M driver !

I have uninstall the driver of the graphic card and the KB4020102 install correctly without BSOD.
After, update the driver (377.35) from NVIDIA website : http://www.nvidia.fr/download/driverResults.aspx/118341/fr

Extract of the release note of the new driver NVIDIA :
This edition of the Release Notes for Windows 10 includes information about NVIDIA graphics driver version 377.35, and lists changes made to the driver since version 372.95. These changes are discussed beginning with the chapter “Release 375 Driver Changes” on page 2. 1.
    > Includes support for Windows 10 Anniversary Update.

In fact, the next KB4022725 (cumulative update 06/17) will fail if the NVIDIA card driver was installed on the PC... it's like windows 10 (1703) and this card NVIDIA wasn't compatible...If i deactivate the card in Windows, all the KB install normaly.
