BSOD during dual Monitor mode

    I use my tx2500 for work with a port replicator and a large monitor..... about 2 times of day the monitor starts to flash.... then after about the 4th flash i see a Bsod and have to restart the computer.... it says the computer tried to restart the display drivers... i dont know if thats what is causeing the BSOD.... but I am concerned obviously


    Any suggestions?

    This has happened to me too. While using dual-monitor and watching a movie. Sometimes the screen just turns black then back to normal and I get a notice that windows had to restart the driver.

    I guess it is a driver issue. Hopefully there will be an update soon to fix this.

    Just turn Aero off

    Will try that next time I use dual monitor.

    Maybe xopherkunz can test this sooner.

    Yep, turning Aero off for dual monitor situations always fixes the issue. Really weird bug, I personally think. Someone should test this is windows 7. Wait, I should test that! :)

    It happened to me in Win7. It's probably the driver.
